Secure your start date
Here’s where it gets FUN. Using your wedding details & inspo, I’ll create a moodboard and an initial sketch of your invitation suite, which I’ll need your approval on before I start the digital designs. Once we confirm that we’re headed in the right direction, I’ll digitalize every piece of the invitation suite and send them to you for feedback.
I try to get as close to your vision as possible, but don’t sweat if it’s not totally perfect on the first round – we’ll go back & forth with feedback and revisions until your invitation suite is exactly how you want it.

Assemble & mail your invites!
When you’re confident that we’ve nailed the design, I’ll prep your files & send them to print while you complete your invoice balance. This stage is MY favorite part – printing envelopes and cutting envelope liners to bring your vision to life.
Once production is complete & I’ve shipped your invitations to you unassembled, it’s time to gather your besties for an envelope-stuffing party! You’ll receive detailed instructions from me on how to assemble them, the postage amount you’ll need, and when they need to be in the mail – ya know, ‘cuz I’m here to make your life easier!
Don’t forget to pop a bottle of bubbly once you’re done (or while you’re assembling – just don’t spill any on those precious invites, please!).
The FAQs
Okay, let’s talk questions.
-
YES you can! Quantities and add-ons can be added or removed throughout the process up until the time that your wedding invitations are sent to print. And don’t worry – I’ll keep track along the way to ensure your final invoice reflects these changes.
-
The type of cardstock I use varies from client to client and depends on several factors, such as your design, budget, and the overall vision we’re trying to achieve. What I can tell you is that the specialized cardstock I use is always of the highest quality and sourced directly from local vendors in my town of Easton, PA.
Feel free to order a sample pack to see and feel the paper, envelopes, and embellishment options in real life.
-
Then you’re in the right place! As your wedding invitation designer, it’s my job to take all those notes, Pins, Google inspo images, and scribbles and pull a just-for-you design out of my hat. Do I promise that the first sketch will be TOTALLY PERFECT? Nope – but that’s what revisions are for, and I’ll go back and forth on the design with you until it’s exactly how you want it.

At a minimum, I recommend booking me for your custom invitations at least 5 months in advance. After the 5-month mark, I cannot guarantee that I will have enough time to take on your project. If I’m being totally honest, my preference is to have my fully-custom clients booked 6-8 months in advance to accommodate for the brainstorming & revisions that this service entails.
If your wedding is 5+ months away, the processing times may be slower while I prioritize weddings with much tighter timelines. However, I promise that you will always receive your invitations well before you need to send them out to your guests.
