2. What Is the Turnaround Time?
My current turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, giving you plenty of time to work closely with me to finalize your details. Need adjustments after placing your order? No problem! You can secure your spot now and finalize specifics like venue or guest count later.
3. What’s The Difference Between a 3-Piece and a 5-Piece Semi-Custom Set?

4. Do I Work Directly with a Designer?
Yes! When you order from Julia Kay Design, you’ll work 1-on-1 with Julia (that's me!) who will guide you through every step of the process. I'll help you choose details like colors, wording, and layouts to bring your wedding vision to life.
5. Can I Order If I Don’t Have All My Wedding Details Finalized?
Absolutely! You don’t need to have everything figured out to place your order. For example, if you’re still finalizing your venue or timing, you can reserve your suite now and we'll start the design process later!
6. Are There Options for Address Printing?
Yes, we offer complimentary guest address printing as an add-on to save you time and hassle. All envelope addressing is done with professional precision and style, making your suite look polished and cohesive. You can also choose to up-level your invitation suite with calligraphy envelope addressing to really WOW your guests!

8. Can I incorporate at QR Code in my invitation suite?
Yes absolutely! You must create your own QR code and then provide it to me. I recommend using https://www.the-qrcode-generator.com/ to generate your free QR code. Make sure you are creating a Static QR code, otherwise you may need to pay for a subscription. Once your QR code is created, please provide it to me in PNG format and I will add it to your invitation suite to you.
9. Do you send the invitations to my guests?
Nope! I ship all invitations unassembled in 1 big box to you. Unassembled means you will need to stuff your envelopes and apply postage before sending out to your guests. Your envelopes will have all of your guests addresses and your return address printed on them.
9. Can I change the colors on my wedding invitation set?
Yes! To do this, you will need to purchase my artwork color change add-on. You can view all add-ons HERE.
