Quantity:

Please note that you should order 1 invitation suite per household, NOT per guest. I highly recommend ordering at least 10 extra invitation suites for last-minute invites, invites that get lost in the mail, as a keepsake, and for your photographer to capture on your wedding day.


Add-Ons:

Embellishments such as wax seals, venue illustrations, and vellum wraps can be added to any suite. You can shop and browse our extra add-ons HERE.


Please note that invitation sets are NOT customizable – the design, fonts, and artwork will not change. If you want to change your set's colors, you must select this add-on to put in your cart before checking out.


All invitations are printed on premium 130# smooth white card stock, and the high-quality envelopes feature a subtle antique vellum texture that gives them a certain tactile quality while still being relatively smooth.

What happens after I place my order?

  1. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with a form asking you for all the details I need for your invitations. Once this form is complete, I will begin working on your invitation suite. 
  2. When your invitation suite is ready, I will email you the digital proofs so you can provide your initial feedback and ask for any change requests you would like. Once I receive your feedback, I will make the requested edits, and we’ll continue this process until your invitations are to your exact specifications and approved for print. 
  3. The production phase begins as soon as I send your invitations to print. The timeline of this phase depends on your project specifics. Please note that the following add-ons will increase your production time: calligraphy envelope addressing, vintage postage, blind embossing, full suite assembly and postage, custom wax seals, deckled edges, and the arched invitation die-cut.
  4. When your invitations are printed and ready, I will package everything and ship it to you. Please note that your invitations will arrive UNASSEMBLED, which means that all items will be wrapped separately. You are responsible for assembling each invitation suite with an invitation card, details card, RSVP card, and envelopes. To make this process easier – and, dare I say, enjoyable – I do provide you with postage recommendations and assembly instructions for your convenience. If you prefer that I take care of the assembly and postage of your suites, you can purchase the full suite assembly and postage add-on HERE.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping.

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. 

Estimated delivery is 2-5 days once being shipped. Please understand USPS has delays and once the package is shipped it is out of my control. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.

Shipping Times

In order to offer affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your order please let me know immediately so I can make things right. For no reason will anything be refunded but I will do my best to correct any mistakes. Please be aware that once the Correct Info Agreement is signed (you will know what this is once ordering your invites) you are responsible for any misprinting. Any items that need reprinted for any reason will incur an additional cost to you.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

All designs created by Julia Kay Calligraphy are owned by Julia Kay Calligraphy. This includes calligraphy, custom invitation designs, and Invitation Shop designs. Julia Kay Calligraphy all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Julia Kay Calligraphy and may be used in the reasonable course of the Julia Kay Calligraphy business. Julia Kay Calligraphy has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
