Invitations are printed on premium 130# smooth white card stock and envelopes are one of the highest quality envelope brands and feature a subtle antique vellum texture. The texture gives the envelopes a certain tactile quality while still being relatively smooth.

I am proud to partner with a local printing company in Allentown, PA and local envelope supplier in Nazareth, PA.

Envelope Addressing: 
If you select YES, you will be ordering printed envelopes that have your guests' addresses on the front as well as your return address on the back flap. They will be printed with matching typography from your invitations.
If you select NO, you will receive blank envelopes and will need to address them on your own.

5-Piece VS. 3-Piece:
The 5-Piece set includes: Invitation Card, Details Card, RSVP Card, Outer Guest Envelope, RSVP Return Envelope AND black paper clips.
The 3-Piece set includes: Invitation Card, Details Card, Outer Guest Envelope, AND black paper clips. This is perfect for those who are doing online RSVP :)

Quantity:
Please enter the quantity you will need. The price shown will change depending on your quantity entered. You should order 1 invitation suite PER HOUSEHOLD, not per guest. I recommend adding 10 extra to your order for last minute invites, your photographer, a keepsake, and any invites that get lost in the mail.

What happens after I order?
Once your order comes through, I will email you within 24-48 hours with a link to a questionnaire. This questionnaire will give me all of the details I need for your invitations. Once I have this form completed from you, I will begin working on your invitation suite. When ready, I will email you a digital proof in the form of a questionnaire. You will complete this questionnaire by providing your feedback and any change requests. I will make necessary edits and we will continue this process until your invitations are the exact way you'd like them! Once you are happy with the design and approve of them being sent to print, they will take approximately 2-4 business days days to print and return back to me. Once I have them, I will print your addresses (if ordered) and get everything packaged up for you! Please noteyour invitations will arrive to you UNASSEMBLED. This means that all items will be in separate plastic sleeves and you will need to assemble each invitation suite with an invitation card, details card, rsvp card, and envelopes. I do provide you with postage recommendations and assembly instructions for your convenience.

Extra embellishments such as wax seals, venue illustrations, vellum wraps, etc. can be added on to any suite. You can shop and browse our extra add-ons HERE.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, prior to shipping.

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. 

Estimated delivery is 2-5 days once being shipped. Please understand USPS has delays and once the package is shipped it is out of my control. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Times

In order to offer affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final, however, if you are unhappy with your order please let me know immediately so I can make things right. For no reason will anything be refunded but I will do my best to correct any mistakes. Please be aware that once the Correct Info Agreement is signed (you will know what this is once ordering your invites) you are responsible for any misprinting. Any items that need reprinted for any reason will incur an additional cost to you.

If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

This includes calligraphy, custom invitation designs, and Invitation Shop designs. Julia Kay Calligraphy all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Julia Kay Calligraphy and may be used in the reasonable course of the Julia Kay Calligraphy business. Julia Kay Calligraphy has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
